Methanol synthesis unit
Two sets of 300,000-t methanol units, patented by East China University of Science and Technology, are all adopted, and the 3 + 1 rectifying towers, designed by Tianchen Institute, are used for the methanol rectification.
Coal storage and transportation unit
The dual-line coal transportation mode is used for the unit, specifically, coals are mainly transported by train (vehicle transportation as the auxiliary mode), and are then transferred by belts to six silos, each of which has a designed storage capacity of 9,000 t, and they are conveyed to each user through belts.
Circulating water unit
It consists of 4 sets of cooling towers, all of which are the open type. The cooling water is pressurized by the circulating water pump and is then sent to the heat exchanger at each production device for heat exchange. After that, the circulating water is sent to the top of the cooling tower through the residual pressure; through the heat exchange between the water and the gas pumped by the fan at the top of the tower, the cooled water flows into the pool and is then pressurized and sent out by the circulating water pump for cyclic use.
Power generation unit
Steam is generated during the operation of the power generation device, in addition to the part consumed by the system, there is a relatively large amount of residual steam, with a relatively low grade (saturation). Through the analysis and demonstration, the last two 12MW steam-supplementing and condensing turbines are used to fully utilize the waste heat of the residual steam, as a result, about 10 KV power (1.2 KWH/set) is generated per hour and is supplied to the 10 KV power grid of the unit, thus greatly reducing the external electricity, condensing all the steam into water and recycling it, and also reducing the noise pollution to the environment.
Water-coal slurry gasification unit
The unit, for which the GE technology is adopted, was put into operation in April 2007 and September 2009, supplying materials to 7 gasification furnaces, 5 for operation and 2 for standby, and consuming tons of coal per year, and the gas produced is sent to the low-temperature methanol washing unit after the conversion; the ash water is washed and recycled by the slag water treatment system, and the coarse slag is transported out by the contractor for treatment.
Low-temperature methanol washing unit
The Linde's patented technology is adopted for the gas purification device, the low-temperature methanol washing unit, to remove H2S, COS and other substances in crude synthesis gas and supply qualified synthesis gas for the downstream
Cryogenic separation unit
The Linde's cryogenic separation technology is adopted, with an annual output of 300,000 t/year of carbon monoxide, providing feed gas to the production of acetic acid for Celanese Corporation.
PSA hydrogen production unit
The patented technology of Sichuan Tianyi Science & Technology Co., Ltd., to produce 35,000 tons of hydrogen per year, and provide hydrogen with purity of 99.99 % to downstream customers.
Shell's mixed coal gasification process
The process is a clean coal gasification technology that is designed and integrated on the basis of Shell's dry powder gasification technology and Wison's coal gasification engineering and operation technology over many years, with the advanced level in the world. A feeding mode of conveying pulverized coal through dense-phase CO2 gas is adopted for the unit, and the pure oxygen is used as a gasifying agent and sent into a gasification furnace in parallel; due to the high temperature (1,600°C) of the gasification furnace chamber, a series of physical and chemical changes, such as the temperature rise, removal of volatile components, cracking, combustion and conversion, are completed in a very short time. 4 coal burners are symmetrically arranged in the gasifier, with a daily pulverized coal (designed coal type) feeding quantity of 880 t for a single furnace, a crude synthesis gas (CO+H2) output of 55,000 Nm3/h, a pressure of 4.16 MPa, a carbon conversion rate of more than 99%, and featuring low oxygen consumption, high cooled gas efficiency, clean product gas due to slag tapping, and an effective gas (CO+H2) rate of more than 90% (dry basis).
